Andrew Borner is the founder of CTBORN Insurance and a licensed insurance advisor with over 25 years of industry experience. After 11 years as a captive agent and ten years as a successful agency owner, serving thousands of Connecticut families in each role, Andrew launched CTBORN to offer a more personal and flexible approach to insurance planning.


He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Connecticut and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University. His expertise spans life, health, Medicare, disability, long-term care, annuities, and retirement planning — all backed by a reputation for honesty, responsiveness, and putting clients first.

Andrew recently published his first book, The Basics Nobody Taught You: A Straight-Talk Guide to Money and Insurance, covering the financial and insurance fundamentals he wishes someone had explained to him earlier in his career. Available on Amazon.
