Andrew Borner is the founder of CTBORN Insurance and a licensed insurance advisor with over 23 years of industry experience. After 11 years as a captive agent and ten years as a successful agency owner, serving thousands of Connecticut families in each role, Andrew launched CTBORN to offer a more personal and flexible approach to insurance planning.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Connecticut and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University, along with the professional LUTCF designation. His expertise spans life, health, Medicare, disability, long-term care, annuities, and retirement planning — all backed by a reputation for honesty, responsiveness, and putting clients first.
